Delivery across Ghana
Delivery fees depend on your location and the size or number of items in your order. We’ll confirm the delivery fee with you before payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Mobile Money payment
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo). Once your items and delivery fee have been confirmed, we’ll share the payment details with you directly. Payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available if you receive the wrong item or an item with a confirmed defect.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Items we cannot exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, colour preference or an incorrect selection. Please check your chosen product, colour and quantity carefully before sending your order.
